I'd Hoped for a 4° Run Tonight, but 11° was Cool

11° was cool and 19mph winds kept it that way! Man, the cold can drain you sometimes. For a 3 mile run at an easy 8mm I was smoked! The first mile was easy felt real good; the second mile was spent head on w/19mph winds. I think that may be what drained me?

I've run a lot further and faster in colder weather. Oh well, at least my ankle felt good after Monday's ankle roll I was worried. No worries, must be the Drunk Flamingo I've been doing in my spare time!

Regards,
Chris
