Short yet Quick for a Winter Run

Since I've been running a relaxed pace all winter, tonight's 7mm pace was a bit faster than usual. This would definitely be a relaxed pace in nice weather, but...in January it's sweat rolling off my forehead by mile two and its 28° out!

I'd like to focus on keeping the pace in the 7's, but I'm sure it will snow or something (like ice) to slow me back down.

What fun,
Chris
