COLD: -4°F Wind Chill: -19°F

Still can't complain to much, or run like that polar bear on a treadmill.

It was a cold run though, I had a thin neck gator on, 3- long sleeve Under Armour shirts and a light weight moister Nike Fit THERMA sweatshirt, running pants, fleece hat , and gloves (I left the gloves on the whole run).

I started to sweat (upper-body) and it was only a two mile run. Could have done with one less shirt and I would've been comfortable. Also, I had my neck gator pulled up over my nose and it was drenched from my breath. This sucked because, I couldn't take it off as my my face would've been wet and exposed. With every exhale my nose and cheeks would warm and moisture would freeze to my eye lashes! Just need to figure out the the breath freezing to my face thing? Although, it's nice to have moisture in the air (from my wet neck-gator) when I take a breath. Maybe, If I breath through a straw I could run for a lot longer in bellow zero weather.

Another day in paradise,
Chris
