Should've Worn Ice Skates: What a Crazy Run!

The weather was perfect, 32.8° and calm. However, since the sun went down all the melting that took place during the day, is now ice!

For most of the run I was able to kick back and listen to Andrew Wilkow with PodTrapper on my BlackBerry. The only downfall was having to be so vigilant for ice.

Just don't be a couch potato,
Chris
