1st Run of 2010

Another great day for a run! A bit on the cold side, at 6.1° almost worthy of being called a Polar Bear Run!

I am starting to get a bit annoyed, running on packed snow and ice with chains strapped to my shoes. It's a bit more of a workout like trail running. What's more, it's slippery and hard to bite down for traction at times and it's killing my average minute per mile.

I suppose, I could always run on a treadmill like this polar bear...

I'll deal with it,
Chris
