Re-Thinking my Cold Weather Dress Code

Ok, maybe shorts and a t-shirt aren't going to cut it! After my run the other day, I thought I'd give my self a cold weather dress code for running, turns out it's flawed. After 5 or 6 miles I started sweating anyhow and I'm hear to tell you, shorts and a t-shirt at 40° soaked in sweat is cold!

I have something else up my sleeve for my next run. Obviously, I'll be wearing long sleeves and maybe going for shorter runs?

Can't wait for January,
Chris
